We are selecting experienced candidates with PHP Programming, and web design skills. Right now we have decided to select freelance web designers and web developers. Selecting only Deciding to become a Freelance Web Designer can be a hard decision. Desired Candidate Profile :

• 3+ years of demonstrable PHP experience and Knowledge in JQuery, Ajax and MySQL.
• 3+ years working with HTML/CSS templates within a database driven environment for dynamic websites
• Experience in 1 or more PHP based CMS or frameworks like Wordpress, Oscommerce, Drupal, Joomla, Zen Cart etc. will be an added plus.
• Must have good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Understand, analyze and write SQL as needed
• Must be a good team player, good learner and self starter and team motivator.
• Familiarity with and adherence to web standards
• Excellent debugging skills
• Should be have atleast 2yrs of prior experience in leading a team.
• Should have fair idea about project managment and planning.
• Ability to work independently.

Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/ BSc /BCA/ MCA/MSc in Computer Science Or Equivalent.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Should be proficient in HTML, DHTML, and CSS.
• Sound knowledge in Photoshop & Dreamweaver
• Should have thorough knowledge about UID. (User Interface Designing). .
• Should be able to create new themes using CSS, to a working web application.
• Should be able to communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them quality design support.
• Knowledge in graphic designing for creating logos, web banners and other graphic works. Knowledge in vector graphic softwares. (Illustrator or Corel draw).
• Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 and Flash, will be added advantage.

Educational Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent in any Discipline

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Minimum 1 years of mobile application development experience from initial design through application launch, on Android platform
• Should have a passion for mobile device technologies, especially Android or iPhone.
• Must be proficient with the Android SDK and databases (likeSQLite).
• Experience in developing user interfaces for Android.
• Strong in designing, developing, and debugging Android applications.
• Hands on with XML & web Services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Android APIs & tools & Android market.
• Knowledge of IDE tool (preferably Eclipse) and configuration management tool like SVN.

Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/ BSc /BCA/ MCA/MSc in Computer Science Or Equivalent.
